Traveling Fee

To better serve our clients, Twine & Burlap Designs applies a $75 traveling fee for any event location requiring more than a 15-minute drive from our home base in Flat Rock, Alabama. This fee covers fuel, travel time, and setup costs.

Safety Deposit

A non-refundable $150 safety deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit:

• ◆Guarantees your reserved date and time
• ◆Will be applied toward your final balance

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, the $150 deposit will not be refunded.
